+ Payment is required after the sketch has been approved. Other options can be discussed before work is started. I will send you an invoice.

+ The price list is a guide, depending on the complexity of the piece, the time scale and other factors.

+ You may upload the finished piece anywhere you'd like, with credit. Artwork is not to be used for commercial gain unless agreed beforehand.

 

+ If you do NOT want me to upload your work to my art pages, please inform me before work is started.

 

+If I feel the piece does not fit the themes of my pages, I may not upload it myself, though you are welcome to upload it anywhere. Please do not be upset if your commission stays in my scraps folder

+ I will make small changes and correct mistakes free of charge. For example, if I've missed an important design feature.

Changes after the line-art stage may be charged for.

 

+ Any big changes after the commission has been completed and approved will be carefully considered and charged appropriately.

 

+ Please make me aware of any deadlines before work is started. I will not be held responsible for missed deadlines due to delayed responses by you (the client). Please respond in a timely manner as this may mean work is put on hold until a reply has been received.

+ I use British Pounds, please consider this when viewing price lists.

 

+ Please use clear references, whether that is clear photos of your pet, which shows all the markings in good light, or a clean digital reference sheet of your character.

​

+ I hold the right to cancel the commission at any time. Appropriate refunds will be given depending on the amount of work has been completed.

​

+ I currently do not have facilities to be able to print artwork myself, however I can recommend websites or assist as much as I can.
